We are cheese-mongers with a passion for artisanal and farmstead cheese. We believe in supporting our local and international makers striving to produce food that benefits the people and the land.
Carol
A reformed line cook and graduate of the C.I.A, Carol has been working in kitchens most of her life.
The last 17 years in the cheese food industry have included work as an apprentice cheesemaker in NM, imports and distribution, cheese education classes throughout NYC, and as Assistant Manager of Murrays Cheese Flagship store in the West Village. She is an ACS CCP.
She is thankful to fulfill her lifelong dream of owning a business where cheese can be shared with Greenpoint and the greater NYC community.
